Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name and phone number, with optional email, dates, party size, company, event and travel requirements. Please do not submit identity documents or sensitive family details in the general form.
How enquiries are processed
Your enquiry is stored for the travel desk to respond. The website sends it to the existing KVTT CRM service and email delivery services, including FormSubmit, for handling by KV Tours and the Prayagraj DMC team. Delivery may be retried if a service is unavailable.
Relevant details may be discussed with service providers when preparing the arrangements you request. Ask the desk before sharing information you do not want passed to a supplier.
Website measurement and external links
This site uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and enquiry interactions. Names, phone numbers and enquiry text are not intentionally included in analytics events. WhatsApp and other external links open services with their own privacy practices.
